Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are in place for the protection and reassurance of both parties.

It ensures that you know exactly what to expect so please read thoroughly.


Payment of your session fee is acceptance of JAM Photography Ltd’s terms and conditions.
If you require any further clarification, please contact me BEFORE your session.

Booking/Session Fee
Booking is only confirmed when payment of your session fee is received. This session fee is non-refundable on cancellation and does not include any printed material unless previously agreed in writing.

If one of your party becomes ill, please call as soon as possible to re-arrange. Fee’s may apply to minimise losses.
If your session does need to be rescheduled due to bad weather, we can change it to a studio session so that the date is guaranteed. If you would only like a location shoot, we will agree another date depending on diary availability. A refund is not given if the session is amended due to weather.

Cancellation of Session
Once your session fee has been received, your booking and date is confirmed.  If following confirmation you decide that you would not like to attend your session there will be no refund given for a cancelled session.

Other cameras and audiovisual equipment including mobile phones are not allowed at the photo session.

Creative Licence
I reserve the creative right to edit and release only images deemed fit as professional in quality and within my artistic standards. Images are edited at my discretion, and the images shown at the viewing appointment will not include all images shot at the session.

Colour Reproduction
JAM can’t guarantee each image/print being the same due to lighting and printing technical requirements.

Typical ordering time for your products is 4-6 weeks. If something is urgent, depending on availability then an express fee can be paid to receive them quicker. Albums can take a little longer as they take considerable hours to design before production.

Only one voucher or offer can be used per session or against products arising from that session.

Orders are to be paid for in full at your viewing session. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

An appointment will be arranged for collection of your order. You will be expected to check each product and sign to confirm you have received them in perfect condition.

Due to the personal nature of photography products, your order can not be amended or cancelled once placed.
We will not refund, nor accept the return of any technically acceptable photograph supplied either in print or in digital format. No exception will be made made as we cannot be held responsible for individual tastes.

All services and/or goods are supplied at the current prices ruling at the time of supply and are subject to change without prior notice.

Your images are deleted after your in house viewing. I do not keep your files indefinitely, so please purchase the digital package if you want to have a back up of your images.

Unless agreed in writing, Jam Photography retains copyrights on all images (even those purchased digitally) and reserves the right to use theses images and/or reproductions for display, publication, or any other purpose. Under no circumstances can you use these images for profit, commercial endeavours or for professional display without written permission. Please feel free to pin, tag and share images but you may not, except with express written permission, copy, reproduce, download, edit or distribute the content. Breach of copyright of any image will result in an invoice for a minimum of £1,000.00 per usage per image being raised and you agree to pay this invoice in full within 30 days of receipt.

Jam Photography Ltd reserves the right for any image created during sessions to be displayed in the studio, portfolio or in any other advertising directly associated with Jam Photography Ltd including social media, the JAM Photography blog and other photographic blogs.

In the unlikely event of a complaint, please address to Jam Photography Ltd in writing or by email. I will endeavour to respond to any complaint within 5 days of receipt.
